Student Dependent Visa (Subclass 500)
This visa is suitable for spouse/de facto of student visa holder. It belongs to student visa. For the Spouse/de facto of student visa holder has two way to grant the visa:
1. The spouse/de facto submit the visa application as a dependent applicant together with the main applicant of Student Visa, and grant a Student Visa (Subclass 500), or
2. Main applicant's dependent can make subsquent application to the Student Visa Application.
Eligibilities
- Main applicant and dependent spouse/partner need to have marriage relationship, or more than one-year de facto relationship;
- Duration of main applicant’s enrolled course in Australia need to greater than 12 months;
- Main applicant need to provide information of dependent spouse/partner in initial application form.
